Cuire les betteraves (pour moi, c&rsquo;est dans le panier de la cocotte minute, de 30 \u00e0 45 min. apr\u00e8s sifflement, suivant la grosseur de la betterave). Laisser refroidir.<br \/>\n2. Peler et d\u00e9tailler la betterave en petits d\u00e9s. \u00c9mietter grossi\u00e8rement un peu de roquefort.<br \/>\n3. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C.<br \/>\n4. Couper des petits carr\u00e9s dans les feuilles de brick. Les doubler en huilant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le carr\u00e9 du dessous. Enfoncer les carr\u00e9s de bricks dans des minis empreintes afin de former des corolles. Remplir de quelques d\u00e9s de betterave, un morceau de roquefort et un trait de sirop d&rsquo;\u00e9rable.<br \/>\n5.
