Coupez en fines lamelles ou r\u00e2pez les fruits avec un robot puis faites cuire 1\/4 d&rsquo; heure avec un peu d&rsquo;eau.<\/div>\n<div>ou faites mijoter les morceaux \u00e0 couvert avec 10 cl d&rsquo;eau 15 \u00e0 20 min et mixez ensuite.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Pour 1kg de fruits, pesez 1,3 kg de sucre, dont vous pr\u00e9levez 2 c. \u00e0 soupe que vous m\u00e9langez \u00e0 1 sachet de \u00ab\u00a0vitpris\u00a0\u00bb. Versez cette pr\u00e9paration sur les fruits cuits, portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 3 mn. sans\u00a0cesser de remuer.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Versez le reste du sucre , ramenez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition en remuant et maintenez \u00e0 gros bouillons 3 mn.
