Bien dess\u00e9cher.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter les \u0153ufs, la farine, sel et poivre. Refroidir.<\/p>\n<p>Fariner l\u00e9g\u00e8rement un plan de travail et rouler la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la betterave en boudins. D\u00e9tailler en petits cubes. Pour ceux qui ont le coup de main, rouler \u00e0 la fourchette.<\/p>\n<p>Pocher les gnocchis dans l&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e.
