Gouter pour rectifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre dans le bol du blender, une ou deux belles gousses d&rsquo;ail, le cime di rapa cuit, un petit oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9, 100 de farine (petit \u00e9peautre pour moi mais n&rsquo;importe laquelle fait l&rsquo;affaire, m\u00eame du pain rassis), 200ml de lait de vache ou v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, 3 \u0153ufs, du persil, du sel et du poivre. Mixer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le cime di rapa soit bien hach\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Faire chauffer de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une po\u00eale. Faire plusieurs galettes, laisser cuire, puis retourner. Cela a le gout d&rsquo;\u00e9pinard tr\u00e8s fort, je trouve. Cela change, c&rsquo;est vraiment sympa.
