Les \u00e9taler dans le fond d&rsquo;un plat (type moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9) pr\u00e9alablement beurr\u00e9. Parsemer de noisettes grossi\u00e8rement hach\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une jatte, fouetter les \u0153ufs entiers, les jaunes et le sucre. Incorporer la farine et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9layer avec la cr\u00e8me fraiche et le lait.
