Nettoyez les blettes, enlevez les fils et les feuilles. Coupez les cotes en tron\u00e7ons d&rsquo;environ 3 cm. Faites cuire \u00e0 la vapeur.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, \u00e9pluchez la gousse d&rsquo;ail et frottez-en un plat \u00e0 gratin.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four\u00a0\u00e0 210\u00b0C (th. 7).<\/p>\n<p>Egouttez bien\u00a0les l\u00e9gumes cuits avant de les placer dans le plat \u00e0 gratin.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez \u0153ufs, fromage blanc,\u00a0fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9, ma\u00efzena, muscade, sel, poivre.
